Jing Ke is a Scientific Engineering Associate for the Energy Efficiency Standards Group at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.

Jing Ke has 12 years of experience in energy efficiency and environmental impacts research and development. Jing Ke specializes in energy efficiency and policy, system modeling and analysis, signal analysis and data processing, control and optimization, and automation.

Jing Ke holds a bachelor's degree in applied electronics technology and a master’s degree in industry automation from Shandong University of Technology (Jinan, Shandong, merged with Shandong University in July 2000 and now Shandong University), and a Ph.D in control science and engineering from Zhejiang University. Jing Ke was an associate professor at Shandong University.
